Our Ministry

550 million out of 640 million people in Latin America Caribbean still do not know Jesus. LAC World Missions is reaching the lost wherever they are, planting the church wherever is does not exist, and preparing local leaders for global impact. As missionaries, we serve as Strategic Coordinators for the Latin America Caribbean (LAC) region, working with our leadership and missionary team on the ground to develop new strategies, identify and prepare new workers, and direct resources and efforts to places of greatest spiritual need and opportunity. Whether we are helping expand our missionary team across Latin America or challenging churches across the U.S. to partner with the cause of Christ in Latin America, we are grateful to be a part of transforming lives around the region.

Previously, we served in Guatemala from 2001-2011, where we focused on youth evangelism, youth ministry training, and church planting. Alongside pastors Romeo and Mirna Taracena, we launched Vida Church in a storefront in the municipality of Villa Nueva, just south of Guatemala City. We praise the Lord that today the youth evangelism ministry operates in dozens of schools, the youth ministry training academy serves hundreds of churches across the country, and Vida Church is a thriving congregation of over 3,000!

We also served in Costa Rica from 2011-2014, where we pastored the church in a community nicknamed the Cancer of Costa Rica. God helped us revitalize a congregation that had dwindled to 40, and provide pastoral care for children and families of a ChildHope school. When we had raised up local pastors Daniel and Angie Romero, we passed the congregation of 160 to them. We celebrate with them because today a congregation of over 300 brings healing to a hurting community. God has been faithful!

"He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it." — 1 Thes. 5:24 (ESV)

As our Partner, you have had a hand in all of the ministries the Lord has led us to over the years. Thank you!
